I am a full time illustrator and pattern designer and a recent 1st class graduate of Leeds College of Art. I love teaching adult learners and students up to AS Level.

Specialisms include pen and ink drawing, watercolour and acrylic painting and pencil drawing. Portraits and Patterns are my specialist topics. Additionally, traditional printing techniques such as mono printing, lino printing and screen printing can be taught if equipment is provided. Lastly, I have experience in giving GCSE and A Level portfolio workshops for College and University entry.

I am patient and encouraging, preferring to guide students to their own decisions rather than directing out my own ideas. Art is about experimentation and observation, this is something I highly encourage.

Availability: Willing to travel around central Bristol, weekdays and some week evenings.

Experience: I have two years experience teaching skills in drawing, painting, and printing both at Leeds College of Art with a school outreach programme and also running family workshops at the Tetley Gallery, Leeds.

I hold a full, clean DBS (CRB) certificate and have passed a course with Leeds City Council in Child Abuse Awareness. Also registered with the Independent Art School as a Private Tutor.
