I am an experienced English teacher and tutor who lives in South London.

I enjoy reading, writing, swimming, practising yoga and travel.

I think education is for life, not eleven years.

Availability:
For English and English Literature I am available at various times up until 6 pm between Tuesday and Thursday.

For yoga I am more flexible and can discuss when and where to arrange one to one sessions.

Experience: I taught English Language and English Literature in London comprehensive schools for fifteen years. I taught at all key stages.

During my career as a teacher I was head of 6th form English, an AQA A-level examiner (I am still an examiner) and a mentor for beginning teachers.

I have been tutoring one to one for eleven years and find it particularly rewarding.

I teach yoga at beginner and intermediate level. I teach groups, couples and one to one classes in south London. I have been teaching yoga for five years.
