I am a former Classics Teacher with a decade of experience teaching Latin, Greek and Classical Civilisation in leading independent schools in South London. Before qualifying as a teacher, I achieved my BA (First Class) and MSt (Distinction) in Classics at Oxford University. I now share my love of ancient languages by tutoring online.

I have a proven track record of equipping students for success in GCSE, A Level and IB exams. Former students have gone on to study Classics and other subjects at top universities, including Oxbridge. I was also an examiner for GCSE Latin for several years and so can offer detailed insight into the skills students need to succeed.

My approach is student-centred, with bespoke lesson activities carefully tailored to each learner`s needs. I quickly identify and target areas my students find more challenging so that they can maximise their potential and grow their confidence. Most importantly, however, I love the ancient world and aim for all my students to come away from their lessons feeling the same way!
