I am currently Head of Biology. I achieved a 2:1 from the University of Leeds in Biology. This is my 4th year of teaching. I am a Teach First graduate and completed my Teach First course at a challenging secondary school in Leeds. I have completed the first year of my masters and am currently writing my dissertation on the underachievement of boys in Science. I have lots of experience of teaching small groups, particularly focusing on exam techniques, how to answer questions effectively and ensuring effective time management during exams. I enjoy teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Availability: Any weekday evenings after 5.30. I am flexible at the weekends too.

I have tutored individuals and small groups, in Biology, Chemistry and Physics to GCSE and Biology A-Level. I currently teach AQA triple Science. I also have experience of teaching the Edexcel exam board too.
