Young enthusiastic tutor with a passion for maths. I work in finance in London but still have a passion for teaching.

Outside of work I am a keen sportsman and previously teaching children sports at summer holiday sports camps has been a real passion of mine.

I like to think my strength is in teaching beyond and around the subject. Learning for exams is a necessary short-term solution but success in the sciences comes from having a deeper understanding which will allow success at university, related subjects and in life beyond education.

Availability: Available all week nights as well as occasional weekends.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: Studied Mathematics at Durham University (Grade 2:1) specialising in statistical mathematics. Took Further Maths and Maths A-levels gaining A`s in both (before A*`s were possible).

I have many weeks work experience as part of university teaching modules, work experience teaching A-Level at my old secondary school before following a career in finance.
