Information about Frida
Hello there! Im a current tutor with 12 years of experience teaching children between the ages of 11 and 16 and I have degrees in engineering and in education (PGCE). I am very enthusiastic about the subject, and so I have worked in several schools, giving me a great insight on what is expected in examinations. Working in such areas has also given me an outlook on how to best help my students reach their maximum potential and have always strived to cater to my students needs and requirements. Historically speaking many of my students have exceeded their expected grades, and I am very happy to help the extra mile for individuals to reach their goals.
I have successfully graduated with a Bachelor Honours Degree in Digital Communications which involved a course of advanced mathematics. I also possess a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (QTS). Both degrees have provided me with the necessary academic knowledge and excellent classroom practice to empower and enrich the learning experience of my students.
I have worked in a variety of schools and I am currently working at Shipston High School. During my time here, I have not only gained extensive teaching experience but have also had the opportunity to develop my professionalism and skills through teaching Mathematics KS3 and KS4. I have worked with whole classes as well as with small groups of 10-12 students, teaching GCSE Mathematics, Functional Skills Mathematics and Core Skills Mathematics.
