Hi !
My name is Maurisha. I am a medical student at King`s College London. With over eight years of private tutoring experience, I’m dedicated to transforming students’ academic journeys and helping them achieve their best. I`ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of students, from primary school SATs preparation to GCSE and A Level exams. I specialise in 11+ preparation, teaching Maths, English, and Science at Key Stage 2 and 3, as well as Maths, Biology and Chemistry for GCSE and A Level students. I also mentor medical school applications, this includes personal statements and UCAT preparation.

I bring a fresh perspective to learning, using active recall and other proven techniques to maximise revision efficiency and make studying both effective and enjoyable. My goal is to go beyond traditional methods, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to help students overcome obstacles and build confidence in their abilities.

Each student is unique, and I pride myself on tailoring my approach to suit individual learning styles and needs. By treating every student with the personalised attention they deserve, I aim to inspire a love for learning and a determination to succeed. I’m here to make a difference and to help my students not only excel academically but also develop the skills they need for lifelong success.
