After studying English literature and philosophy at university, I worked as a teaching assistant in a north London school before joining Teach First and attaining my qualified teacher status. To expand my knowledge of education, I then worked as a tutor and education manager to better support students` academic journeys. I returned to English tutoring during my wife`s maternity leave to be more present at home and haven`t looked back since!

As a results-orientated educator, I am determined to ensure all students excel in their academic career. I also have a keen insight into learning at different levels from working across a wide range of educational settings and in a variety of roles. As a highly organised and diplomatic individual with a wealth of subject knowledge, I have the communication and presentation skills to teach complex information in a clear, concise and engaging manner to students of varying ages and abilities. I have the vision, adaptability and discipline needed to drive development and achieve exceptional student outcomes.
