Hussein

Hello, my name is Hussein. I am a second-year medical student at the University of Bristol. Academically, I have achieved A*A*A at A-Level, in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics respectively, as well as 3 8`s and a 7 within all the sciences and Mathematics at GCSE too. I was able to receive 4/4 medical interviews based on my personal statement and my UCAT score, which was within the top 10% for the year 2021, and received 2 offers from the University of Leicester and the University of Bristol.

I plan to focus on the areas the student is least confident on. My methods, which are based on my past experience, differ based on subject as well as the tutee`s style of learning:

Biology: active recall, mind maps, the `teachback` method, applied practice questions w/feedback
Chemistry: active recall, the `teachback` method, applied practice questions w/feedback
Mathematics: performing & working through exemplar questions, applied practice questions w/feedback

For each topic the student struggles on, I will be able to provide a suitable breakdown of the topic.
