I have been teaching since 1994. I mainly focus on borderline students in Year 10 & 11. I am currently Head of Mathematics at a West Sussex school whose students achieve above the national average, gaining over 70% GCSE A*-C or grades 4-9 over the last three years.

The majority of my teaching is aimed at students working between grades 3-6 and although I have enjoyed teaching top sets I prefer to work with students at this level.

Availability: Tuesday or Friday 4pm
Easter & May half term booster sessions

Experience: 24 years teaching and currently Head of Maths in a school that is producing results well above the national average.
I have taught from Year 4 to Year 12 but now focus on Years 10 & 11.
I have worked in primary, middle, secondary and international schools teaching a wide variety of subjects.
One of the reasons I am successful with the students I teach is that I appreciate how difficult some students find the subject and I am known for making things simple.
