I`m a friendly, approachable and experienced History teacher with a huge enthusiasm for my subject. I always try to find the `hooks` in a topic that will grab my students` attention, the stories that they will remember as well as the practical tips and techniques for doing well at exams.

Availability: Monday-Thursday evenings.

Experience: I have 8 years GCSE History teaching experience within schools. In addition I have 12 years experience of teaching History workshops within the heritage/museum sector.
I currently tutor GCSE History locally. I have taught a range of History courses across different exam boards including popular topics such as Medicine Through Time, American West, Nazi Germany, Cold War.

BA Hons Medieval and Modern History (Birmingham University)
MA Victorian Studies (Birkbeck)
PGCE Secondary History (Sussex University)
