Experience: I have been teaching Science for 17 years and have worked with students of all abilities to help them achieve their potential. Some of my students have been home-schooled, some have had special educational needs and some have wanted an additional boost to their preparations for studying medicine at University.
I can help you to understand key concepts, practice Science calculations and memorise all the facts. We can also work on any homework tasks you have been given and extend the learning you have done in class. If you are doing A-levels, I have lots of additional resources to give you to help you succeed in those final exams!
When I left school I completed a degree in Analytical Chemistry and worked in Organic Synthesis making anti-cancer drugs. While I was a stay-at-home mum I completed a degree in Computing (just for interest) and after becoming a secondary Science teacher I completed a Masters degree in Education. Needless to say, all this experience in Science and Education makes me confident that I can help you achieve your goals.
