I am a paediatric Doctor, with 10 years of tutoring experience. I graduated from the University of Cambridge in summer 2022, in the top 20% of my year and with an additional 2nd Class, Division I degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences.

At A level I achieved 5A*s, studying Double Maths, Biology and Chemistry, as well as EPQ at Saint Olave`s Grammar School. As a tutor I have worked privately for 10 years, and I have also volunteered my tutoring services most recently at a struggling local school, and for zero gravity, an organisation specialising in widening access to elite universities. I have extensive experience in tutoring sciences and maths, as well as coaching students in their university applications, BMAT and interviews for medical school.

For AS levels I studied Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Further Mathematics and History, achieving an average of 96% across all 5 and 99% across the top three. This also included full marks in 8/12 of the summer exams that I undertook, I chose these subjects with the purpose of studying medicine. I received offers to study medicine from the universities of Cambridge, Exeter and Imperial College commencing October 2016.

Having taken the 11+, the Saint Olave`s entrance exam, numerous tests at secondary school as well as my GCSEs, A levels and 4 years of Cambridge medical exams, I have become aware of what examiners desire and also many topics that can seem daunting when first approaching them. I also enjoy helping people to achieve their full potential, and feel more confident with their studies.

As a tutor, I will first ask the student what areas of a topic they struggle in, so that an initial target can be set. I would also provide out of session work that will be aimed at either advancing the student`s understanding of a topic or in aiding myself to gauge the student`s ability at an upcoming topic.

I am patient and willing to alter my teaching to best suit each individual. I look forward to to offering my support.
