Tutoring is such a great platform as it really gives your child a one-to-one in maths with a teacher. This will help to boost your child`s confidence in the subject but also to understand mathematics in more depth and not just follow a method. Your child will learn topics ahead of their peers in class and be ready for when the teacher asks questions and can have a step ahead of their peers.

I will never give up on a student/child, but will instead try to encourage and support them as much as I can. I like to create a comfortable surrounding so that the student/child feels at ease to ask for my help, as a harsh or strict environment may hinder a child`s confidence when asking for help.

Availability: Weekday Thursday and Friday Evenings.

Experience: I am currently a Qualified Secondary Mathematics Teacher at a public school in Greenwich, I have been a teacher for 2 years.

Previous to becoming a teacher I was a tutor for 2 years whilst I was at University studying my Mathematics degree.

With all the experience that I have attained, I believe that I will find the most suitable teaching style to suit whoever needs help in the subject. Whether it is a 10 year old getting ready to go into Secondary school or a 17 year old retaking their mathematics GCSE. I will assess your child and find suitable styles that they learn best from.
