I`m Laurence and I`ve helped dozens of young people quickly skill-up in tech subjects.
I specialise in coaching teenagers Computer Science related disciplines - encompassing mathematics & statistics on the technical side, and UI/UX design & entrepreneurship on the creative/practical side of CS.

- 16>: state comprehensive in hometown Eastleigh 🇬;;🇧;;self-learning helped me bag 11 A* at GCSE and I went on to achieve:- 6th Form: IB @ Sevenoaks School - 45/45

- Master`s: 2017-9 Fulbright Scholar in Computation.. @ UChicago 🇺;;🇸;;
I`m Enhanced DBS Checked ✅;; since 2016.

So if I`m so skillful at this, why don`t I get full-time teaching qualifications?
Frankly: I prefer Writing Songs, Code & a Blog, and I`ll do that unless I`m paid good money not to!
But the creative avenues I`ve channeled my education into - for example helping indepedent-artists get #SavvyIndie with Moderner websites - can really inspire students, especially creative youth to reframe quantitative subjects in the exciting new light of tech, more than a traditional teacher.
Plus because I limit myself to a few active students at a time, I can bring more focus & attention to each individual.
My favourite work is as an On-Set tutor for creative productions!
For 1-1, I usually treat 1st session as a Diagnostic, where I evaluate the student`s current situation and make a rough plan for how we will work through topics.
If it transpires we`re not a good fit, I will refer you to one of my agency-partners to find you a better fit.
