I am a full-time Maths Teacher for a Dorset secondary school (Ofsted rated as "Outstanding") where pupils make rapid progress in maths. I am also a Maths GCSE examiner with an in depth understanding of topic and grade progression through the KS3 and KS4 curriculum. I currently teach pupils of all abilities in key stages 3 and 4 (ages 11-16), including preparing pupils for Foundation and Higher Maths GCSEs.

My approach to tutoring is to establish the level of prior attainment of a tutee and then build up a firm foundation of skills in that topic. Progress is made at a pace that is comfortable with the tutee, building confidence and raising attainment over time. I update parent/s (or carer/s) with a `working at grade` at the end of each school term.

I offer face-to-face tutorials in the Poole, Dorset area (when permitted within Covid restrictions), otherwise all tutorials are online.

Availability: Good availability, most tutees can secure a fixed tutorial session on the same day and time every week.
