Hi there,
I am an experienced HLTA that has been working in Primary for 10 years. I have developed successful strategies to help children across a range of subjects, especially to support Year 6 learners become `Secondary Ready` in Maths and English.
I also have a wide and extensive knowledge in SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD/ADD, ODD/PDA and SPD which help me to successfully support those learners in a safe, calm and nurturing way.
I very much enjoy my work and take pride in the knowledge I have acquired/what I do.
