Teaching style will be accommodated to your own style of learning. I`m keen to help you improve your confidence in learning, which gets good results. Offering A level and GCSE English tutoring.
Availability: Preferably on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after school. Some availability for longer, intensive sessions during school holidays.
Happy to provide group lessons to groups of up to 3 students - additional students get 20% off.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: 7 years in an Outstanding FE college in Cornwall. Top 10% results in the country. Marked for A level exam board.
More recently, GCSE at year 11. Good grounding in Literature and in Language.Particular success with re-sit students.

Student A: from grade 4/5 at Christmas to grade 8 in the exam. (Literature)
Student B: 7 hours lessons over 5 weeks - went from a grade 2 to grade 6 (Language)
Student C: exam anxiety eased - from grade 3 in February to grades 5&^ in the exam (Language and Literature)
Student D: failing at Christmas, C in the exam (Literature A level)
