Experience: Over the past 5 years, I have taught children across Key Stage 2 (years 3-6) and previously spent time teaching in year 1 and 2. My classes have always had a wide range of needs, which has meant I have always differentiated my teaching to ensure children of all attainment levels are challenged appropriately.

As a teaching assistant, I worked with children 1:1 and in small groups to provide targeted interventions to help them fill gaps in their learning, and also to target and challenge children working above age related expectations. I worked as a 1:1 with children who had a range of needs, including those with ASD and ADHD.
