Tutor of Sociology and R.E.
A Sociology with Criminology graduate.
Available during half terms.
I take a very active and passionate role to help students succeed to the best of their ability. I build strong and positive rapports with students and parents to help create a fun and caring environment for learning.
I have excellent subject knowledge and am familiar with exam specifications. While Sociology and RE can be complex subjects which are often described as a languages, I make the learning fun, exciting, thought provoking and intriguing to help students learn their course content as best as possible.
I currently work as a TA and will be starting by PGCE (teacher training course) in September at UCL university for Sociology.

Availability: Monday - Friday available from 5pm-8pm.
Saturday Sunday available from 9am-1pm.

Available during half terms for extra revision :)

Experience: I have a years worth of tutoring experience with year 6 in English.
I have 2 years worth of experience as a TA where I daily work with students in their lessons to enhance their learning. I have 1:1 sessions on a weekly basis with several students to catch up on coursework, homework and deliver differentiated lessons to suit their needs and abilities. I work closely with teachers to create class resources and revision packs. I have experience in creating lesson plans and teaching lessons.
