Fully qualified maths and science teacher working at local comprehensive school in Newcastle. I am an approachable and friendly individual with several years of tutoring experience alongside full time work.

My background prior to becoming a teacher was working in S.T.E.M outreach for Newcastle University. I have a unique approach of combining my knowledge of fun and interactive activities from this previous employment with my formal teaching training to help students achieve their goals.

I have also previously worked as an Epidemiologist for Public Health England before discovering my real calling was the education sector. Outside of work I`m a keen photographer, hiker, runner and rugby coach.
