Providing additional, hands-on support for students currently unable to attend school/university. Whether you need help prepping for an exam, getting to grips with coursework, clarifying course objectives, or simply need help improving your confidence in a subject, I can help you.

I`m a dedicated tutor, revolving every lesson around the student`s changing needs and their growing progression. I am also more than happy to help with personal statements, UCAS applications, as well as CVs and cover letters.

I am an English Literature first class honours graduate with an additional 2 years pre-honours study in English, History and Philosophy. I was also awarded the highest marks in my class in the penultimate year of my degree, and I am currently studying for my PhD. During my undergraduate degree I did some peer-teaching and essay proofing; I have been tutoring on a more regular basis since the beginning of 2017.

I`m a very patient and encouraging tutor, I ensure that my students look forward to learning by commending them on their strengths whilst targeting weak points so that both their confidence and their abilities grows.

Particularly with qualifications, the key to doing well is understanding exactly what your examiners and tutors need to see to give you the higher grades. I can help with the content-side of studying, as well as exam techniques.
