Priyanka

My name is Priyanka and I am currently studying a Masters in Cancer and Genetics after achieving a 2:1 BSc (Honours) Medical Genetics degree at Queen Mary University of London.

I tutor because I love to help people achieve their goals and should they need a helping hand I can provide one. I am young, driven and an enthusiastic tutor to anyone who comes to me looking for a way to improve their understanding of Maths and Biology and looking to do well in these subjects.

I have full A-levels in Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Philosophy. I have an AS-level in English. I did 9 GCSEs and Additional Maths

Experience: I have experience in tutoring different age groups. I have tutored GCSE students in science as well as volunteering in the reception in my high school and helping the teacher out in Maths lessons. I have also tutored A-level maths previously. My approach to any students I take on is always catered to the needs of the individual. I like to start off by getting to know my student and what they hope to achieve from being tutored. I always help them set goals for themselves as well as deadlines to achieve these goals. I have a fun and relaxed approach to tutoring and hope to create a relaxed environment for my student so that they may work to the best of their ability. I aim to help my students improve their results in Maths or Biology and help any GCSE or A-level students to pass their exams with the highest grades. I believe that I am also able to relate to any student under the stress of exams because I am in the same situation while still in university and can empathise with them as well as providing them with more confidence in these subjects so that they are not under as much stress.
