Senior Scientist - Previously a Leverhulme Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Lecturer (Hon.) at the University of Nottingham. Chemistry PhD from Durham University. Together with my own academic expertise, I have countless experience in providing high-level A-level and undergraduate level tuition to enable my students to achieve top grades in their examinations and for a lifetime of understanding in chemical science.
Availability: Available evenings and weekends to suit your schedule to help you get the tutoring you need when you need it.

Experience: I have 5 years of experience tutoring A-level chemistry across multiple exam boards along with 3 years of experience in teaching undergraduate level students. Many of my students have gone on to easily meet their university offer grades for top-tier Universities (i.e Oxford, Cambridge, Durham, St Andrews) for a range of courses.

Andrew is a fantastic tutor and always took the time to explain things in depth. Andrew was always very prompt in replying and very flexible with arranging sessions. Would fully recommend for students who are looking to achieve 1-2 grades higher than their current grade.

Andrew is highly professional and an outstanding tutor. Always gets back to you straight away. But what is most valuable is the way he explains and makes sure you understand. He addressed all my weaknesses, went into details and in order for me to retain better also drew all the reaction mechanisms and all diagrams (organic and inorganic chemistry). At the end of each session he also forwarded me what we covered in the lesson. He gave me a boost in confidence. The fact of the matter is that he is a great tutor.
