I graduated with a degree in Spanish and Italian in 2008 and then went on to live and work in Italy for 2 years and Spain for 6 years. I moved to London in September 2014 began working in an international post where my languages are very handy!

I worked as an English teacher in both Italy and Spain, and having studied Italian and Spanish myself for over 10 years, I am aware of the trials and tribulations of a language learner!

My Spanish is fully proficient in all areas (written, spoken, reading, listening). I was fully immersed in all aspects of the language during my 5 and a half years in Madrid, from visits to the doctor to giving business presentations.

My Italian is at an advanced level, meaning that I have no problem in offering from complete beginner to intermediate classes. I was awarded a Distinction in spoken Italian with my degree.

My accent in both languages is often something I am most complimented on, though it is worth considering that I speak Spanish from Spain and so I am not so familiar with all Latin American terms.
