I am an experienced private tutor of the sciences currently working as a full-time science teacher. I am therefore familiar with the GCSE curriculum, as well the requirements for Entry Level Certificates etc. I have worked extensively with students with SEN and SEMH needs. I have a friendly but professional teaching style and can quickly develop rapport with my students.

A first class Biology BSc graduate, I received awards for academic achievement during my undergraduate degree. I have worked within academic research teams in several universities.

I can provide tuition at the home of students or in public libraries etc. I am always willing to respond to questions via e-mail from my students if they require assistance before our next session.

Availability: Saturday 7am-10pm
Sunday 7am-7pm

Experience: Currently working as a full time science teacher at a school in Gloucestershire on weekdays, I also have hundreds of hours of tuition experience in a range of science subjects from KS3 to Undergraduate degree, and have received consistently positive feedback from my students and their parents.

While studying at college and university I achieved amongst the highest grades in all subjects, and was the recipient of awards for academic achievement. I am also an experienced and published researcher, and have worked with research teams in several universities.

Prior to returning to education I held management positions with DHL, and have also held technical and supervisory roles within a protein immunoassay manufacturing company.
