Information about Jo
I am a teacher of chemistry at a private school in Bristol. Prior to teaching in Bristol I taught at a grammar school in Birmingham. I have taught A Level chemistry for 10 years (AQA spec) and I am an examiner for Edexcel at A Level, GCSE and examine for AQA at GCSE. I have taught GCSE chemistry for both AQA and iGCSE.
I completed my undergraduate degree in chemistry at the university of Bristol then went on to complete a masters by research in organic chemistry.
Availability: Evenings and weekends until July. Once the summer holidays start I will be available during the day as well.
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: I have tutored students at both GCSE and A Level. All of my students went on to achieve excellent results. I have worked with students of all abilities and needs and tailor my sessions accordingly.
