Hello I’m Salim, I am currently in my first year studying Mathematics with Finance and Investment Banking at the University of Reading. Through studying for my degree, I have gained a huge interest and passion for mathematics which I want to pass onto other students.

Availability: Sunday - All Day

Primary: £18p/h
Secondary: £20p/h

Lesson are usually 1.5 - 2 hours long.

First lesson will be a 1 trial hour lesson.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I was a part-time tutor at a tuition centre in Reading where I gained over 120 hours of teaching time. This experience has been crucial in allowing me to be the best at delivering great lessons and seriously benefiting my students. However, I know feel that tutoring 1-2-1 will get the best results and allow the session to be most effective.

My aim is to deliver the learning in an efficient manner ensuring the student understands the basic underlying mathematics behind the question rather than just focusing on how to answer the question at hand. This develops the student into a more analytical and independent learner.

Also, I am DBS checked which will give you the peace and mind you want when I`m teaching your child.
