Information about Michael
After achieving huge success in my A-levels last year, I am looking to tutor A-level and GCSE students in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. In my lessons, students can expect to be taught content at a pace that is competitive, yet rightly suited to their needs. Post-lesson, I always assign homework in suited batches, drawing from the extensive past paper questions library and from a multitude of other sources, such as university entrance exams and Olympiads. This ensures that content is learned, then practiced, then mastered, with a focus on flexing a student`s problem solving ability within the topic as well. My job as a tutor doesnt end when the lesson ends, and I work hard to make sure my students keep up with their maths learning and are prepared for their exams well ahead of exam season and during it. I hope to be able to make every one of my students more able to see the fun that can be found in mathematics, despite its sometimes rigorous and brutal nature.
Availability: My availability varies depending on the day in question. Can teach on weekends too if that is most suited to a particular student`s availability.

Michael related well to my 15 year old son. He helped explain further maths, recommended calculators and really made an effort to be engaging. My son can be a chatterbox, a bit cocky and sometimes unteachable. Michael was able to keep him on track for the whole lesson. Really impressed with Michael. Would highly recommend!
