I am currently a Maths teacher in a secondary school with years of experience in teaching Key stage 3, GCSE and A-level Maths. I am very friendly, supportive and skilled as a tutor and will help you to achieve excellence. I have a degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Newcastle University and have a distinct knowledge of careers in Maths and the history behind it. This allows me to motivate and inspire students and to really engage them in the subject. I strive for success and will aid your learning with my vast repertoire of skills and knowledge.

Experience: I have taught in Secondary schools for five years, dealing with a large variety of students of all ability ranges. I have studied different teaching methods and problem solving skills so that I can adapt my explanations to the students I teach.
Having tutored Maths for eight years I am experienced when working with students on a one to one basis. I am particularly good at challenging students with problem solving questions that mimic the style of the increasingly complicated exam questions year on year. My experienced has made me extremely adaptable and capable of helping you to achieve success.
