Hello! I graduated with the highest masters classification in my year for Mechanical Engineering at the University of Leeds in 2019, with every module throughout my 4 year course getting a grade between 70-93% (which I was extremely proud of)!

I took Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Art and DT at A-level and got an A in everything.
I also got 7 A*s and 3 As at GCSE, with the A*s including Physics and Maths.

I have been working as a Mechanical Engineer and Software Engineer for the last four years, where I spent a lot of time on training up other staff and explaining technical concepts to non-technical people. I`m very happy to also give any advice on applying for Engineering at university, sandwich years and work experience, and being a woman in STEM!

My approach centres the young person`s needs and interests to ensure the sessions are fun and engaging.

I am patient and focus on breaking down mathematical concepts so they can be clearly understood. I endeavour to explain things clearly and to move at pace of the student. We will only move on when you`re ready to move on!

Availability: I am very flexible at the moment, so really I can work around you! I can also do occasional weekends, so message me if you would prefer a weekend one!

Experience: At university I used to help all my friends on the course, along with tutoring some of my friends siblings in the lower years. I also worked as a baby-sitter before going to uni, and used to help them with their maths homework all the time.
