I am a primary school teacher with experience working in KS1 and. KS2. I can offer online tutoring based on your child`s needs and provide a calm, encouraging approach to build confidence and skills.

I understand that primary classrooms can be pressured environments and I enjoy being able to support tutees 1:1 and help them to grow in confidence, enabling them to develop a love for learning. My sessions are relaxed, supportive and adapted to the learning style of each individual. I plan each session carefully and tailor what I do to support each child individually. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, self-motivated and are having fun, so this is at the centre of my teaching sessions.

Availability: Online tutoring available during school hours on weekdays.

Experience: I have worked as a Primary School Teacher for 5 years and in that time have taught in Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
I have been highly successful in my teaching career so far, but am currently taking a break from full time teaching to spend time with my young children. I see this as a wonderful opportunity to utilise my skills and spend time supporting students 1:1, something I find very rewarding.

Having worked in Reception and Key Stage 1, I have a solid understanding of the `stepping stones` required for children to become confident mathematicians, readers and writers during their school life, including experience teaching all phases of Phonics. This insight into the progression of the curriculum allows me to understand any gaps in learning, and support my tutees to master concepts they might be struggling with.
