I’ve been teaching Piano since University where I studied Jazz Piano. I am a friendly fun teacher that teaches grades but also just songs! I believe learning music should be a fun experience and would never pressure a student to take an exam. I also teach Jazz harmony and chords.

Availability: I am available to teach mainly daytimes in the week, also evenings. I am not available weekends as I am also a gigging musician.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have been teaching Piano for nearly 10 years. I have taught a variety of ages from 6years old until 84 years old! I have taken students through exams as well as performances out in public, (perhaps at one of my gigs!) I believe music should be a fun, expressive and exciting experience. The student must have a piano to practise on or be willing to buy one as soon as possible.
I have taught abroad, and also taught workshops in many primary schools in Nottingham.
