Former F.E. College Tutor available for private tuition in the Seaham/Sunderland area.

I currently teach adult students English and maths, who are completing apprenticeship courses, and I am available to tutor in both of these areas. Also, I enjoy working with students who need to improve their academic writing skills for college and university courses.
Educated to Master`s level (English language),I have a first degree in Combined Arts (Durham)and I am a fully qualified teacher. (PGCE and ESOL).
I have a relaxed approach with learners which puts them at ease and which achieves excellent results.
I am prepared to travel within a twenty mile radius of Seaham and tutor learners in their own home. I am able to teach learners from Entry level up to degree level English and also basic Maths.

Availability: Available evenings and weekends.

Experience: I have several years` experience of teaching English and basic maths to both adults and younger learners - gained as a result of working in both F.E. and the private sector.
