Hi there! I’m Cameron, a 4th-year medical student at the University of Cambridge. I’m currently studying in the Clinical School, but last year I intercalated in Neuroscience, in which I achieved a 2:1 BA degree.

At A-level, I received 4 A*S in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, and EPQ, and I also earned nine grade 9s at GCSE, including all the sciences and Maths — so I know from first-hand experience what it takes to achieve those top grades! I then applied to medical school, where I received offers from Cambridge, Cardiff and Leeds, so I also know what it takes to craft a strong personal statement and how to excel in a range of interview formats.

Experience: I’ve been tutoring for two years, starting on Ringle, where I taught international students to improve their English and led over 65 speaking- and writing-focused lessons. Although I loved connecting with my students, I decided to teach something closer to home and began tutoring biology last year—since then, I’ve completed over 50 lessons. As a medical student, I`m passionate about what I tutor, so I strive to incorporate interesting real-world applications of the content. I also have experience with medical admissions, and I have helped mentor students from my sixth form.
