Information about Tia
I`ve worked in some of the most famous architecture practices in the world. I`ve been an architecture tutor for over 10 years and I`m a graduate with a first class honours degree in Architecture. My work has been published in Dezeen, one of the top design magazines in the world.
I can help students with many architectural topics from software to design, which means in a lesson we can cover each topic that you need. I adapt my teaching to the learning styles of each student.

I believe I am a patient teacher that tries to tailor lessons to the learning styles of each student.
Availability: I can tutor on any weekday. During university deadlines, I tend to get booked up early so planning times in advance is recommended.

Experience: I`ve been an architecture tutor for over 10 years. I`ve worked at archimake: an after-school program for primary school children to learn architecture.
I`ve tutored many Architecture students over the years, as well as interior designers and quantity surveying students. I also have students who are professionals in the industry, from architects to contractors and developers, who need help sharpening their software skills. I have also done software training for various design companies.
My architecture work has been published in Dezeen.

Tia is an excellent tutor. Over the past few months, she has given me lessons in Autocad, Rhino, and Photoshop and has even provided me with design input for my landscape architecture project. I’ve been tutoring with Tia for nearly a year now and it’s always a lesson I enjoy. She always listens and adheres to my ideas. She’s helped me a lot confidence wise as well as with my ideas. I’ve learnt a lot from her and her own experiences as an architect. She cares about what I do and helps me improve as an artist. Before I started my tutor lessons with her , I was quite lost in where to go with my Art project but Tia always gets me to question what I enjoy doing and how I can fit this into my art. I’ve gained a lot more motivation and courage to do better and she’s definitely helped me develop. It’s always a good conversation and she’s so easy to talk too so I do recommend and enjoy our lessons so much.

Tia has been a great help towards my design modules in landscape architecture. I found Tia quite late in the year for tuition due to a terrible module which put the whole class in a struggle.
In a short amount of time, we covered a good amount using Rhino 3D and adobe software.With her experience i was able learn easier and more sufficient ways to model things on Rhino which i was never taught before. Tia is also really good at responding to your enquiries and issues with work even outside of tuition time and will help you find a solution to your problem.
I have found her also to be extremely helpful in giving advice and guidance towards your work. I was able to go through my work with her and change what was necessary and suitable towards making my work presentable and the best it could be. It is really difficult to find a tutor especially towards a subject like architecture. But, my experience has been very pleasant and i would definitely recommend.

Amazing Tutor, Tia really helped me a lot on what I needed to be helped with. I can`t imagine doing well as I am doing now without her guidance, Tia also provides you a lot of untold information you don`t learn from University. You can also message her anytime if you`re having difficulties on something or have any questions, she gives her own time to try and really help you. Overall, I highly recommend Tia if you want to get results, she is motivational, friendly and easy to get along with.
P.S. She`s also very passionate, you can really feel her enthusiasm whilst helping you with your work which really helped me get more excited about my own project.
