I am an enthusiastic and conscientious teacher who always wants the best for all students. The new specifications now require students to do two complete GCSEs - Maths and Numeracy I helped set up the new schemes of work for these exams so I am very familiar with the requirements. However, I try to encourage students to be good mathematicians rather than just teach them to pass exams.
I am a mother of two children who have recently gone through A Levels and GCSE exams so have experienced exam stress from a personal point of view, not just as a teacher!

Availability: Very flexible - days, evenings, weekends.
I can tutor KS2, KS3, GCSE and A Level.
£25 for an individual lesson, reductions for groups of 2 or 3.

Experience: I am a Maths graduate with a PGCE in Maths and have been teaching secondary Maths for 27 years - KS3, 4 and 5. I have been the Maths GCSE co-ordinator in a department of 15 people for 18 years. I have also tutored privately, taking many students through GCSE and A Level.
