I have a degree in Russian and Spanish from The University of Nottingham and I am currently Head of Languages at a secondary school in Birmingham. In my previous job I was Head of Spanish and taught Spanish up to A level and French up to GCSE.I have been teaching for 9 years. I am passionate about languages and use a variety of exciting resources and techniques to enable you to improve your understanding of the language and culture of the relevant countries. I currently deliver A level and GCSE Spanish speaking exams and have previously delivered GCSE French speaking exams. I also internally mark and moderate the GCSE written examinations for Spanish with the department. I am confident in delivering exam preparation classes for the AQA, EDEXCEL, IGCSE and WJEC syllabus.

Katie is a marvellous teacher for Spanish .
Now my daughter is confident about Spanish. She has a vast knowledge about the new Spanish curriculum . She understood my daughter`s difficulty and worked on it.
