This year has been a very difficult one for Al of us, not least for students. I`m here to help you feel more confident with your academic progress.

I`m a qualified secondary school English teacher with experience of teaching at both state and private schools. I have worked as an intervention tutor for over 5 years and have a strong track record of helping students to improve their performance.

I have a BA Hons in English from Cambridge University, and an MA in Shakespeare and Education from the Shakespeare Institute & The University of Birmingham.

I have experience working with KS3 (11-14) KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A Levels). I can offer consolidation of in-class learning, exam preparation for GCSE or A Level, and University preparation, including Oxbridge.

I tailor my support to ensure that the individual needs of every student are met through one-to-one tutorials and online sessions - whatever works best for you.

At university I specialised in Renaissance Drama, American Literature, Tragic Theory, and practical literary criticism. I studied at Newport Girls` High School, where I received an A* in English Literature at A-level, and 13 A*s at GCSE (including Maths, French and History).

I love teaching, and really enjoy working with pupils one-on-one. I`m patient, friendly, passionate about learning, and ready to help. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
