I have taught in maintained schools, independent schools and international schools. I am an examiner at GCSE and A level and have co-authored several popular Physics revision guides. I am still a full-time classroom teacher and aim to instill passion and curiosity in my students.

Experience: My lessons are interactive and collaborative. We will discuss content and explore levels of understanding. I use worked examples to support learning and use exam practice to build confidence and familiarity. I will normally set homework to be completed between sessions and to reinforce knowledge.

Andy is a great tutor, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My son and his two friends enjoy their sessions and really engage with his style of teaching. He fills in the gaps in their knowledge and reinforces what they already know and gives them much more confidence. I would highly recommend Andy.
