A TEFL certified, master-level educated teacher with extensive online and in-person experience teaching across varying levels of competencies, backgrounds and age groups. Passionate about teaching and supporting student’s development whilst also making a positive impact on their lives.

I realise that students have different styles and methods to learn, and will adapt myself to use a technique that suits them the best. I always discuss the needs of my new pupils very carefully and aim to build their confidence in the subject.

Experience: I have obtained my TEFL certificate in London, U.K, and I would love to apply those skills and knowledge in my teaching role. However, prior to that course, I worked in Iran and the United Arab Emirates as an English teacher for adults and young students.

To ensure that I can offer a better relationship to my students and providing successful lessons, I participated in Supporting Teaching and Learning course and I worked as a volunteer teaching assistant in a primary school in London. This experience allowed me to interact with and support children with a range of abilities in their lessons and activities. I enjoy the way that every day is different and that each child is unique. In addition to my formal academic studies, for providing better support for my students, I undertook different training and short courses like British Sign Language and Business English course.

Further to the above, I have been an active tutor in different academic subjects for more than seven years. I have offered online sessions as well as face to face. My youngest tutee was four years old, and the oldest one was sixty-eight years old. I have got valuable experiences from tutoring as each student is learning English with a unique aim, and I tailored my lessons depending on their need.

I enjoy teaching, and nothing can make me happier than making a positive impact on other people’s lives.
