I am a native speaker from Paris with 21 years of experience in teaching French. After a career in investment banking I have decided to change and work in Education. I am working as a French language specialist in 2 very popular schools in Beckenham . I am currently tutoring students from Westminster School, Bromley High, St Olave`s Grammar School and LPBS but I have also tutored in the past students from Newstead Wood, LPGS, Hayes, Buller`s Wood and Tonbridge Boarding School, Sevenoaks High School, Whitgift Independent School, Eltham College, and Dulwich College.
Teaching has become my passion and I love seeing the progress of my students. I am very proud to say that the majority achieve a good grade in their exam.
I also tutor adults from all age and all level. (from complete beginners to advanced)
Conversation only tuitions are available too.
I am well familiar with all exam boards AQA and Edexcel as well as IGCSE (Edexcel & Cambridge) and The Challenge Exam for Scholarship at Westminster School.
I use a wide range of teaching methods and I have access to wide range of languages websites
I can provide help and practice with year 13`s Individual Research Project .

Experience: I am a native speaker from Paris with 17 years of experience in teaching French. I am working as a French language specialist in 2 very popular schools in Beckenham. I am familiar with AQA and Edexcel Exam board as well as the DELF and the DALF which are European diplomas in languages. I am currently tutoring an adult who passed in level A2 and going to B1.
Some of my adult`s learner have been with me for 6 years ! They don`t seem to get bored of learning.
Before that I worked in investment banking and on the stock exchange in Paris.

I went to Isabelle quite last minute for help with my Edexcel Speaking Exam, I was very nervous in French and I was suffering a lack of support from my school department and a lack of help from my schools FLA. Isabelle provided my a lot of resources for my french speaking and writing that improved my writing to an A after having grade Bs and helped me to give a great performance in my french speaking exam both the card and IRP despite previously freezing up/not knowing what to say. I would completely recommend Isabelle to any A-level students!

Isabelle has been fantastic in getting to grips with the IB requirements by researching and finding resources outside our lessons. She has built my confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing. She is always patient and encouraging, giving positive feedback and taking time. My grades have risen three points with her help. I would recommend her wholeheartedly as a tutor.
