Information about James
Working as a medical statistician at the University of Warwick allows me to use my mathematical education in a really practical setting. This gives my tutoring a real-world feel as I can explain the relevance of difficult techniques in a day to day setting, which often helps to motivate students when they can`t see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I am willing to take on students with Maths or Statistics needs at any stage of their education from KS1 through to adult learning, but please feel free to contact me first to discuss how best we can structure our sessions.

Experience: I have a 2:1 honours undergraduate degree in Maths, Stats, Operational Research and Economics (MORSE) from the University of Warwick as well as a Masters (with honours) in Medical Statistics from the University of London (LSHTM).
I have A-levels in Maths(A), Economics (A) Further Maths (B) and 9 GCSE`s (A/A*) from a secondary comprehensive in Coventry.
