I am a passionate, hard-working teacher who thoroughly enjoys science and teaching. I graduated from the University of Manchester with a 1st class honours degree in Biology, with a specialist knowledge in Biochemistry. Throughout my own education I have proven myself academically able, achieving top grades in GCSE, A level and degree level examinations. I am currently studying a Masters in Education (in Autism and SEN) at the University of Birmingham.

Availability: I am available on weekday evenings.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I teach chemistry at A-level, biology and chemistry to ages 11-16 and all three sciences at KS3. I have experience teaching and marking various exam boards. I teach students with a wide range of abilities, ranging from gifted and talented pupils, students with English as an additional language and pupils with special educational needs.

Previously to teaching I volunteered for a charity that delivered one to one mentoring for students. The focus of the mentoring included English, Maths, Science and life skills.
