I am a friendly, approachable research scientist with ten years’ experience of academic and applied science. I have a passion for science and for passing on my knowledge to others. Throughout my career, I have mentored several undergraduate and PhD students to acquire theoretical, practical and communication skills to help further their scientific careers. I have recent experience tutoring A-level Biology and GCSE science. I have a relaxed and flexible approach to tutoring I like to encourage students to participate actively and to test their ideas. This ensures they become enthused by science and encourages them to answer questions confidently.

Availability: Weekdays until 6pm

Willing to travel: 15 miles
