Vaishali

Hello. My name is Vaishali. I have been tutoring for over 10 years and have a 100% A*-C pass rate.

I am 28 years old. I studied Pharmaceutical Cosmetic Science at De Montfort University.

I am currently working in a high school specialising in English with KS3 EAL and SEN students. I have experience working with children on a one to one basis as well as in a classroom, having worked with pupils ranging from 5 to 35years of age.

With several hours of experience ranging from roles as a mentor, teaching assistant, cover teaching and tutor in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Gujarati I have learnt many different teaching and learning styles that allow me to tailor make my lessons to suit each students individual needs.

Having been tutoring for over 10 years, I am experienced in achieving results in an enjoyable environment with teaching styles catered according to each individual’s needs. My experience expands further to working as a volunteer in the local girl`s youth group as well as completing my CSLA and choreographing and teaching Bollywood dance.

I have unique teaching styles that I adapt to suit the individual I work with and I thoroughly enjoy new challenges. I believe each student has their own potential and it’s up to us as teachers and tutors to harness their potential and bring out the best within.

A phrase I live by is "Everyone is a genius but if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree it will always think it’s stupid." Everyone has their own skills and talents and as educators, it’s our job to open up avenues and help them find and explore their passion. on whichever path they choose to pursue.
