Hi! I am Vincent (Vinnie) and I have recently graduated with a First Class (1:1) Law (LLB) degree from the University of Nottingham. Before university, I studied Government and Politics, Geography, and English Language and Literature obtaining A*A*B respectively. I am currently studying a Legal Practice Course with an MSc in Business, Law and Management and will be joining a commercial law firm in September 2021. Inter alia, I have keen academic interests in international relations, UK/US politics, emerging markets, international business, comparative legal theories, public international law, international criminal law, and military justice.

Experience: I can confidently navigate A-Level Geography and Government and Politics syllabuses using first-hand experience of consolidating and applying knowledge to get the highest grades possible. Whilst I did not study Law at A-Level, I can use my knowledge from my undergraduate degree and current studies to apply that in the A-Level context. I have also spent a lot of time practicing my legal essay writing skills which are different to conventional topics, and can give insights on how to apply law in problem OR essay style questions.

I have tutored Government and Politics for the past few years on a casual basis, but have always been on hand to answer questions throughout the year or to read any mock answers. Everyone I have tutored thus far has got A-A*...(no guarantees!).

I am also willing to tutor on the Law National Admissions Test (LNAT) (taken twice scoring above average both times); University Personal Statements (been in two rounds of applications obtaining places at Russel Group universities both times); or GCSE Geography.

Government and Politics: AQA (But can assist in other exam boards so long as the content relates to UK and/or US governmental and political systems)

Geography: Edexcel (Pearson) (But can assist in other exam boards so long as the content relates to superpowers, emerging/developing markets, energy, technology, globalisation/protectionism)

Law: any exam board/syllabus if I have notice to review the content taught (the principles of core areas of law are applicable across the board with no real distinction on content other than in terms of application/exam style)
