I am a dynamic and positive teacher, who inspires students to reach their goals whilst having lots of fun along the way! I take an enthusiastic yet gentle approach to my work, developing student confidence. I have over 10 years experience working as a primary school teacher and `Special Educational Needs` specialist in private schools. I love to travel and have taught in Kenya, USA, Portugal and the UK. This means I`m familiar with lots of different curricula, and also with supporting children who are new to the English language. I specialise in teaching phonics and early reading and writing, along with English and Maths for children aged between 5 and 13 years old. English language and literature and I personalise my approach to ensure every child reaches their full potential, nourishing a sense of excitement about reaching their personal goals.

Experience: I am a teacher with over ten years experience working within the independent sector. I have taught at top private schools in the UK, and have spent the past six years teaching internationally in schools in Nairobi, Washington DC and Lisbon. I work with primary school aged children, and am familiar with the International Primary Curriculum and the National Curriculum for England. I take a dynamic approach to my work, making learning fun with a range of interactive activities and games.
