I am an enthusiastic Mathematics tutor with five years experience of one-to-one tuition. I have a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Birmingham, worked professionally as a Customer Data Analyst, and I have experience as a teaching assistant in both secondary school and University-level Mathematics.

I am currently offering both in-person and online lessons to students studying A-level Mathematics and Further Mathematics. For online lessons, my hourly rate also includes an extra 10-15 minutes free of charge to accommodate the change in setting and adjustment from a face-to-face lesson (Please contact me for further information regarding my hourly rates). There is a 50% discount for the first lesson.

I am a patient and friendly tutor who is very sympathetic towards the student`s needs and ability. I am passionate about Mathematics and enthusiastic in helping students understand Mathematics.

Experience: • Personal tutor for over three and a half years (since January 2017), covering KS3 Mathematics, GCSE Mathematics, A-level Mathematics, Further Mathematics and certain University-level Mathematics modules.
• Student teacher and teaching assistant of secondary Mathematics at two schools in the West Midlands area in the academic year 2019-20.
• Postgraduate teaching assistant between September 2011 and December 2016, covering a variety of undergraduate mathematical modules.
• Mathematical Tutor at the Academic Skills Centre (University of Birmingham) between October 2015 to April 2016.
