I am a fully qualified Science teacher (including A level Chemistry). I am friendly and encouraging and I always adjust my tutoring style and level to match the learner`s needs. It gives me great joy to see people learning and enjoying making progress in their studies.

Experience: I have a Masters degree in Science Education, as well as an honours degree in Chemistry. I have been a secondary Science teacher for over 25 years, teaching all Science subjects to the highest level at GCSE, as well as A level Chemistry. I have been head of Chemistry and acting Head of Science in the past and I have several years` experience as a GCSE Science examiner (marking GCSE exam papers). I am up to date with all current exam requirements.

Dean is a great tutor for daughter, he listens to her questions and answers them by explaining difficult concepts in a way she can understand. He has even gone over the expected lesson time when she had a big assessment due the next day.
